After the arrival of some polar air masses the dull november landscape transformed into a winter wonderland. Also in Dryland this transformation did happen. Ice has been arrived! As we walked up to Dryland on Tuesday (November 30th!) we already saw some huge icicles from a distance and our faces transformed into smiling. For this early time there is as many ice in Dryland as I never have seen before - all three icelines are in great conditions - and even in the harder mixed routes the big icicles are there. We - Benni, Picco, Dominic und me - did agree - it could continue like this!
